Goodyear Fire Station No. 185

Construction of a 10,813 SF fire station, located on one-acre in Goodyear, Arizona. Project included two single vehicle apparatus bays, fire department living areas, battalion chief offices, dormitories, physical fitness and police/fire administration offices.

Town of Queen Creek - Horseshoe Park Equestrian Centre

In an effort to nurture the unique character and equestrian lifestyle of Queen Creek, the Town awarded construction services to Johnson Carlier for their premier equestrian centre on 34 acres at the NE corner of Riggs Road and Hawes Road. The uniquely-themed Centre will be designed to host both English and Western disciplines as well as other non-equestrian events. The complex will be operated on an event-by event basis and will be positioned as a premier southwest equestrian destination. Plans include construction of a covered arena and multiple open air arenas with spectator seating, a 1,800 SF administration building, maintenance facility, pens, chutes, recreational vehicle hook-ups and trailer parking along with concessions and vendor areas. Landscape and off-site improvements are also part of the scope of work.

WestWorld of Scottsdale

Pre-construction services are currently underway at WestWorld of Scottsdale for the construction of new horse barns, restrooms and show offices. The project also includes extensive demolition and redirection of site supporting telecom, data and power distribution.

Desert Toyota of Tucson

Construction has begun on Phase I of Desert Toyota’s new two-story dealership in Tucson, Arizona. The facility includes an 83,603 SF showroom, sales, parts and service area. The second, third and fourth phases of the project, scheduled to begin in June 2008 with completion in March 2009, encompass a four-level parking structure, used car sales and associated site improvements totaling 132,561 SF.
