- Renovation of existing medical office space to new 32-bed Intensive Care Unit
- Integration of new utility services into the existing system
- As part of the quality control program, a mock-up of a typical ICU room was constructed and maintained throughout the entire project
- Building infill included the addition of 765 SF to create an entrance for improved patient flow
